Norfa's discount cards are some of the most popular in Lithuania. Norfa began distributing the cards at the end of 2003. In partnership with Swedbank and SEB bank, the latest card reading software was installed in the stores of the retail chain, ensuring fast and efficient customer service. In 2008, Norfos Mažmena established a new discount system ensuring that regular Norfa customers with the retail chain's discount card could get up to an 11 percent instant discount for the products they purchase at all Norfa shopping centres.
The advantage of this new system is that buyers are always entitled to the larger of two possible discounts: the instant discount (which depends on the purchased sum) or an accumulative discount (for the past month). In 2010, the company changed its loyalty programme. Now discounts are converted to Norfa euros that can be accumulated and used to pay for up to 50% of a product's price. For more information see the NORFA euros section. Norfa discount card is used by about 1 million customers. Sales with the loyalty card make up around three quarters of the company's total turnover.
In 2019, Norfos Mažmena gave its regular customers over 30,156 million Eur in discounts.
